I have known Ms Pavlov on a professional basis for a good number of years and she recently proved her unique ability to perform under adverse/stressful conditions. Her accomplishments during the past few months were extremely impressive; we know you are proud to have such a “First Class” broker within your organization.
On 28 October 2008 my wife had what was determined to have been a stroke (TIA) at the Demaret residence we were contracting with Ms Pavlov. Upon her arrival she noticed my wife was having breathing problems/distraught and our daughter was unable to call 911. Ms Pavlov immediately assessed the situation, contacted 911, and positioned her such that she was able to regain consciousness. Upon my arrival the ambulance was already there, the driver commented upon Ms Pavlov’s quick response having prevented additional injury to the patient and may very well have saved my wife’s life, she spent 3 days at GMH!
An absolute top performer who took the lead scanning potential buyers, ensured both a smooth and timely flow of all required documentation -- never missed a beat. This multi tasker devised, updated, tracked and posted weekly status of our property -- including a superb web site, viewable 24-7.
